Scope: The Jamaica Social Investment Fund, the Executing Agency, now wishes to procure Consultancy Services for Capacity Building for Special Education – Component 1: Standards for Special Education Schools. Objectives of the Consultancy The purpose of the consultancy will be to develop a set of Standards for Special Education Schools and Programmes on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Special Education Unit. The consultant should also provide guidelines to show how the education system will implement these standards. The duration of the assignment is six (6) months.
